Shipments

ORDER DELIVERY:
When shopping in our online store, you can choose to have your order delivered in one of the following ways:
Cantê store in Chiado: Delivered within 2 to 3 working days after order confirmation. No shipping costs associated. Only available in Portugal. Consult the store's current timetable.
Cantê do Restelo Store: Delivered within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation. No shipping costs associated. Only available in Portugal. Consult store hours.
Send to the address chosen: Cantê entrusts the delivery of your orders to the carrier NACEX. For Madeira, Azores and Balearic Islands we use the CTT service. Add to the value of your order the shipping costs, depending on the destination (see table below).
NACEX pick-up point: In Portugal and Spain you can choose the option to pick up your order at a NACEX pick-up point. (NACEX pick-up points are proximity stores distributed around the country, with extended opening hours, so you can pick up your order when it is most convenient for you. The estimated delivery time is the same as shown in the table below. Once your order arrives at the chosen point, you will be informed by email or SMS).
International shipments are made by DHL Express

SHIPPING PROCESS:

After the payment is successfully made, you will receive an email from Cantê with the confirmation of your purchase. At that time your order begins to be processed and will be shipped within the next two business days. (In the days following posting we appreciate your understanding for any delays that may arise due to the volume of orders).

PLEASE NOTE
For shipments outside the European Union, Cantê is not responsible for delays and customs costs. They are the responsibility of the customer.
