Orders

1. Open the page of the article you wish to buy (you can access our Women, Men and Children articles or use the search tool that appears at the top of the page).


2. Select your size (we advise you to consult the SIZE GUIDE).


3. Click on "Add". This will add the model to your cart.


4. You can continue browsing for more items. Once you have added all the items you want to buy, check your shopping cart (top right corner of your screen). Don't wait too long, as items in high demand may sell out even though you have them in your cart.


5. Next, just fill in the required fields and proceed with payment. You don't need to be registered to shop at Cantê, but if you register you can save your data and simplify the process for your next purchases.

You can choose to have your order delivered to the Cantê store (Chiado), to the Cantê atelier (Restelo), to a Nacex Pick-up point (valid in Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain) or to an address convenient to you, through our carrier. For more information about values and delivery times, we suggest you consult the SENDING section.


6. After a  successful payment, through the available payment methods, you will receive an e-mail (confirm SPAM) confirming your order. If you choose to pay with an ATM reference, you will receive an e-mail with the respective reference, to make the payment until 23h59m on the day you made your purchase.
Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive another e-mail with confirmation of your order. If you choose the MBWAY option (valid only for accounts in Portugal), you must enter your phone number associated with MBWAY and then authorize the payment in the application.


7. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you another e-mail with the shipment confirmation.


8. Later, our carrier will send another e-mail with the tracking number of your order. (Confirm SPAM.) In the SENDING section you will have access to the link to our carrier's website, where you can enter your tracking number and check the status of your order.
